John David Cole, Jr.

David was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky and admitted to the Kentucky and Federal bars in 1994. David is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. The U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit; the U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.  


Joseph Ryan Loney

Joe currently focuses his practice primarily in the areas of business services, real estate, and estate planning. Admitted to the Kentucky bar in 2005, Joe’s early experience was in the insurance defense litigation practice area, but as his transactional practice grew, Joe honed in on practice areas that allow him to be more accessible to his real estate and business clients. 

Company formation, contract negotiation and drafting, and assisting clients in the sale or purchase of businesses now occupy much of Joe’s day-to-day time in the general practice of law. Joe is the owner and closing attorney for Upland Title, LLC and primarily focuses on closing commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Neal R. Tucker

Neal was born and raised in Somerset, Kentucky. He was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 2012 and admitted to practice before the Western District of Kentucky U.S. District Court in 2020. 

Upon being admitted to the bar, Neal’s early experience included serving as a trial attorney for the Department of Public Advocacy, and a state felony prosecutor. These experiences granted him the ability to hone his trial practice and obtain a greater understanding of trail advocacy and criminal law.

As an addition to Cole, Loney, and Cox, Neal has grown the firms’ personal injury practice, as well as successfully defending several different criminal offenses that include, murder, robbery, and other serious felonies.
