Joe is a native of Henderson, Kentucky, and has been practicing law in Bowling Green since 2005. Joe currently focuses his practice primarily in the areas of business services, real estate, and estate planning.
Admitted to the Kentucky bar in 2005, Joe’s early experience was in the insurance defense litigation practice area, but as his transactional practice grew, Joe honed in on practice areas that allow him to be more accessible to his real estate and business clients.
Company formation, contract negotiation and drafting, and assisting clients in the sale or purchase of businesses now occupy much of Joe’s day-to-day time in the general practice of law. Joe is the owner and closing attorney for Upland Title, LLC, and spends much of his time closing commercial and residential real estate transactions for clients in Kentucky and Tennessee.
Education: Joe graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2002 with a B.A. in Government and History. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville’s Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2005.
